Wild Rose SYNC™: Change Happens Here

Welcome to Wild Rose SYNC! Our work is currently focused on supporting the School District of Wild Rose, Village of Wild Rose, and surrounding Waushara County communities. Since early 2026, we have implemented a new survey about technology usage and mental health outcomes for 4th Grade and up, reviewed local data, and begun building a local community coalition of community leaders to ensure our young people are growing up with the supports they need to live their best lives.

Ashley Podoll, Community Coordinator

Ashley Podoll serves as a Community Coordinator with CAP Services and is the local coordinator for SYNC in the Wild Rose area. A lifelong advocate for youth, families, and community engagement, Ashley is passionate about bringing people together to create meaningful opportunities for children and families to thrive. Through partnerships with schools, healthcare, local organizations, and community members, she works to strengthen connections, elevate youth voice, and promote positive mental health and well-being.

Ashley believes that lasting change happens when communities listen, collaborate, and invest in one another. She is excited to help grow the SYNC Coalition and welcomes anyone who shares a passion for supporting youth and building a stronger, more connected Wild Rose community. Ashley lives in Waushara County with her husband and two sons and believes every young person deserves to feel connected, supported, and valued within their community.
